Port Na Rinne Housing Development

Datum BCE undertook the site development and groundworks for the Port Na Rinne Housing Development in Ringaskiddy, Cork, on behalf of the housing development company Dwellings. This project involved the construction of a 30-unit housing development, encompassing a range of essential works. The tasks included the installation of raft foundations, foul and storm drainage systems, attenuation measures, and water main and utility connections. Additionally, the project involved the creation of footpaths and kerbs, fencing, and comprehensive landscaping to enhance the overall site.
